The storymap includes interviews of numerous Pit River people speaking about the history of the 1960s and 1970s occupations, contemporary land rematriation efforts, their oral history of power companies dispossessing Pit River people on their allotments and their experiences with the Stewardship Council process. In addition to videos, the curriculum includes multimedia presentations about Pit River history, the history of PG&E's dams on the Pit River and activities and assignments for students to apply their knowledge.
